About Us - Remote Autism and ADHD testing in Minnesota.

I’m Kristen Math, MS, MA, LPCC, founder of Therapy Dynamics. At Therapy Dynamics PLLC, I am passionate about identifying individuals who are autistic or have ADHD to help them find the resources that they need. I offer remote ADHD and autism testing in Minnesota.

I graduated with my Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2015 after completing a research practicum at the Minneapolis VA on PTSD. I also completed an assessment practicum and a counseling and assessment internship with a neuropsychologist. I worked in assessment and as a counselor for nearly five years with neurodivergent individuals. I administered and scored assessments, interpreted test results, and wrote psychological reports. Later, I transitioned to online assessment work at the Minneapolis VA. At the end of that project, I began contributing as a social skills coach for IRLSocial Skills with individuals and their families on the autism spectrum. I was also the Membership Chair for the Minnesota Counseling Association from 2022-2023.

Before qualifying in counseling, I earned my MS in Molecular Biology in 2001 from the University of Florida College of Medicine and taught lab classes from 2001-2005 at my local university.

I began Therapy Dynamics PLLC in 2021 as an online assessment and therapy practice. My mission is to provide autism and ADHD assessments as well as therapy for those who are seeking answers about themselves. My interest in providing care for autistic individuals grew out of my love for people in my life closest to me who are autistic. This is a passion that has only grown over time. My practice includes individuals 15 years old through late adulthood.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.

Kristen Math, MS, MA, LPCC is the founder of Therapy Dynamics. She is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Kristen is certified to administer the MIGDAS-2 remotely. She has postgraduate certifications in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Psychological Testing: Psychometrics and Clinical Applications from the Zur Institute.
